What you’ll be doing
- Media Planning Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Recommend media plan based on campaign performance and data that deliver the brief from Head of Marketing and team-wide discussion
- Monitor the media effectiveness and generate learnings for media planning, accountable for digital reach & conversion optimization by working with media agency
- Maximize Return on Advertising Spending (ROAS) across paid digital channels and develop ongoing reports to measure and performance media ROI
- On-going campaign management to maximize brand awareness and product exposure
- Identify site optimization define opportunities on site (structure) and content to drive SEO and conversion from site
- SEM/Search Engine Marketing
- Work with different internal stakeholder to enable tracking of end-to-end performance on E-Newsletter and promotional EDM
- Consolidate and analyze data to improve performance
- Media agency dashboard management, to suggest additional dashboard metrics where relevant
Who we think you are
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in media/performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with running marketing campaigns and using digital platforms and campaign management tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords etc.)
- Highly fluent and analytical in deriving insights from data (Google Analytics etc.) with ability to identify the relation between content, media with daily sales
- Understanding on site pixel installation, website tagging and retargeting methods for social media and brand sites is a plus
- Experience in content and influencer strategy management
